Inish Pharmacy are a progressive, independent Irish pharmacy group based in County Donegal. Our mission to provide excellent service extends from instore to online at www.inishpharmacy.com, where we are striving to become Ireland's leading online pharmacy. We sell health and beauty products providing a premium shopping experience to our customers.

If you are interested in joining our team, we currently have the following vacancies based at our warehouse and offices in Buncrana, Co.Donegal.

Role Responsibilities:

• Inbound customer queries via email, telephone and social media
• Processing sales over the phone
• Liaising with internal departments including the pharmacist team, buying team, marketing and warehouse staff.
• Contribute to the addition of new products, content and imagery to www.inishpharmacy.com
• Editing product descriptions, brand and category pages to support SEO and user experience

Experience:

• In sales/customer service
• Experience using a content management system would be advantageous but not essential

The successful candidate will:

• Have a strong customer focus
• Use good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Work well under pressure
• Have a sharp attention to detail
• Have a desire to work in a growing, dynamic start-up environment

This is a full time position based in Buncrana, Co.Donegal. Some training may take place at our other locations within Inishowen.
