How To Use

Preheating

• Remove the insert from the outer cover
• Put the insert into the microwave oven (600 W – 90 sec.), electric oven (130° C – 10 min.) or on the radiator (until warm enough)
• After preheating the pillow, gently mix cherries and lavender, check the temperature on the wrist
• Put the cover back on

Cooling

• Remove the insert from the outer cover
• Put the pillow into the freezer (for about 30 minutes)
• Put the cover back on.
