How To Use

Helen's Gluten Free Sandwich Bread Mix is very simple to make by adding water and oil and baking in the oven. This bread tastes amazing and is wheat and gluten free. It looks and feels like normal sandwich bread and is a source of fibre.

Active Ingredients

Potato starch, Cornflour, Tapioca starch, Flaxseed flour, Dried EGG white, Sugar, Sea salt, Dried yeast, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Raising agents: Sodium bicarbonate, Disodium diphosphate. Stabiliser: Xanthan gum
