The Lamberts Betaine HCL with Pepsin helps replace acidity in the stomach aiding the digestion of food. As we age the hydrochloric acid production declines so it is important to then help assist the breakdown of food in the gut. The breakdown of food in the gut is significant as it activates a powerful protease called pepsin and allows vitamin B-12 to be extracted from food.

How To Use

Take one tablet with each main meal, up to a maximum of three tablets per day
Do not take if peptic ulcers are present or suspected
Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Active Ingredients

Each tablet contains Betane HCL 324mg and Pepsin 5mg
