Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Tablets are formulated specifically for those who have difficulty digesting lactose and are suitable for both children and adults. A lactose intolerance occurs when an individual is unable to digest lactose, a sugar typically found in dairy products because of a lack of the enzyme lactase in their body and it can lead to great discomfort causing diarrhoea, stomach cramps, gas and bloating. Milkaid’s chewable Raspberry flavoured Enzyme Tablets will allow those with a lactose intolerance to enjoy food containing milk or dairy products assisting them with lactase digestion.

How To Use

• Take two Milkaid Lactase Enzyme Tablets with the first bite of any meal containing dairy
• Depending on your requirements you can adjust the number of tablets you take however you should take no more than six tablets with any one meal
