The SISU Aero Mouthguard is the latest evolution in mouthguard engineering, with unmatched quality and functionality. SISU NextGen Aero was designed with the athlete in mind, and its unique new features are hyper focused on additional protection and comfort.

Sisu Aero is made from a high-tech thermoplastic material that is 30% stronger and has 8x greater tensile strength than conventional mouthguard materials.  The most unique feature of the SISU Aero is its super-slim, ultralight design. At a lean 2mm, the Aero is 50% thinner than your standard mouthguard. Combined with its quick, custom and remouldable fit, you´ll entirely forget there's something awesome and plastic inside your mouth.

SIZE GUIDE

• Small: Up to 5' (150cm) tall. For smaller mouths and children
• Medium: 5'-6' (150-180cm) tall. For average mouths
• Large: Over 6' (180cm) tall. For larger mouths

Research suggests the taller you are, the larger your dental arch. And thus, a bigger mouthguard is required as height increases. Sisu's new and improved sizing system uses the findings of extensive research and testing to suggest the proper guard for you based on how you measure up.
