How do I apply Sequaderma cream, do I have to wipe it off after 10 minutes?

When applying Sequaderma, you only need to apply a small amount each time, twice a day. The cream should be spread thinly over the area and then left to dry. You do not need to keep rubbing Sequaderma in until it is absorbed.
After 10 minutes, the cream should be dry, or touch dry. If you want to apply a moisturiser or makeup after this, you would wipe any excess Sequaderma from the skin with a wet tissue. If you wish to not wipe any excess Sequaderma away, it is perfectly safe to leave the Sequaderma on the skin after it drys.

Are there any supplements to help prevent mouth ulcers? I get them every 6 weeks or so!

Recurring mouth ulcers can be caused by a number of factors, including hormonal changes in the body, during periods of stress/anxiety, even some medications can cause them. Mouth ulcers can also be caused if you have a deficiency in iron or vitamin B12, so it's a good idea to have your bloods checked by your GP just in case.

There are some supplements that you can take however to help prevent mouth ulcers. L-Lysine tablets can help prevent mouth ulcers and also cold sores (another condition that can be triggered in periods of stress/anxiety). It is a type of amino acid and can reduce the amount of mouth ulcers you get. It is available in a 60 pack from Sona or in the 5 day treatment pack Lysinel. Good luck!
