How To Order

At Inish Pharmacy, we want to help make it easy to place your order. You can order online, 24 hours a day, or you can call our friendly customer support team, who are very happy to help you place an order over the phone or answer any questions.

Our customer service team are available from Monday-Saturday 9am to 6pm and will help you find the correct product and securely take your order. We will never store your payment details for orders taken over the phone, all orders are placed in real-time.

My Member's Account

You can register for an account at Inish Pharmacy, either before you place an order or at the end of the checkout process. You will be asked to enter a password for your account along with your email address.

  • View Your Previous Orders - Check your previous order history and view order status
  • Easy Reorder Option - You can easily reorder any items you previously purchased when viewing your order history. This option is very popular with customers who order the same products regularly, such as people with long term conditions or carers.

Can I use a One4All Voucher online?

**One4all cards cannot be processed online at the moment due to a processing issue with our payment provider, but we can however, take payment over the phone. Our contact number is 074 9320692

Yes, Inish Pharmacy accepts One4All cards. Currently, One4All has a set limit of €50 per order for any online transaction.

  1. In payment options at the checkout, select 'Visa' or 'Visa Debit Card'.
  2. Use the Valid Thru date on the front of the card in the Expiry Date box.
  3. Find the CVV2 number behind the silver panel on the back of the card.
  4. Use your own name and address for Billing Details.
  5. Complete checkout.

How to change my currency?

Currently, we have the option to change your currency payment to Euro's, Sterling or U.S. Dollars. 

To change your currency on:

Desktop - The currency can be changed on a desktop device on the homepage. At the very top of our homepage, you will see the option to Sign In to an account or Join. Above these options, you will see the option to change your country destination and currency. Simply select your country region and your currency, then select 'Update'.

Mobile Device - The currency can be changed on your mobile device by selecting the menu at the top of the homepage. When the menu appears, at the very bottom under Online Doctor Service, you will see the options, International Options and the Currency Symbol. Please select your country region and your preferred currency. Once you have selected your preferred options, please click 'Update'.
