Patient Consultation Forms
On specific product pages, for exampe on Viagra Connect, patient consultation questions are provided so that our pharmacists can make an assesment on the safe supply of medicine. We rely on Article 9(2)(h) of the GDPR, that “processing is necessary for the purposes of preventative or occupational medicine, or the provision of health or social care.” as the lawful bases under which we gather health data. This data may include;
- Details of other medication being used
- Details of other health conditions or symptoms
Information provided in patient consultation forms is retained for a period of six months in instances when an order has been completed, or for 14 days when an order as not been completed.
Making a Payment

Personalisation
Segmentify
We record all activity on our website with Segmentify, our personalisation engine. This allows us to tailor the offers displayed to you based on products and categories that you have shown an interest in on our website.
We use Segmentify to personalise our customers’ shopping experience. Once a customer has completed an order we use Mailchimp to send them a personalised follow up email using the data collected during the order process. This will only happen if you have subscribed to our email marketing.
Mailchimp will also use the information that a customer enters prior to check out to send the customer an abandoned cart email with links to all the products that they had in their basket – this allows them to make the order quickly if they change their minds. If you unsubscribe from email marketing, these abandoned cart emails will not be received.

We use Yotpo to display our service ratings and reviews and product ratings and reviews. To facilitate you giving a Review we do pass some personal identifiable data including personal details and order details to Yotpo so that reviews are verifiable and legitimate. We use Pubble to communicate via real-time messaging with our customers. If you submit your email address or telephone number while using the messaging service, we will never send you marketing information unless you have asked for an update on when stock is available to order.
