How do I redeem my Points?
You can redeem your points at the first stage of the checkout (Basket Page). This page shows you the items that are in your basket and the total price.
Above the items listed, you will see a box stating how many points you have and there will also be a drop-down showing you the rewards that are available to you. In order to see how many points you have, you need to be logged in or have registered.
Will my previous orders be added to my points if I join now?
All orders placed from January 2022 will be added to your account, as long as you already had a registered account with Inish Pharmacy. These points will be automatically added once you have signed up for our rewards club. Please note an account with Inish Pharmacy is separate from our newsletter sign-up.
What are the rewards?
The rewards depend on how many points you have gathered. You can claim €5 off (on orders over €45) if you have 100 points or more, €10 off (on orders over €50) if you have 200 points or more, €15 off (orders over €55) if you have 300 points or more or €20 off (orders over €60) if you have 400 points or more.
I have over 400 points can I use the €20 & €10 rewards at the same time?
No only one reward can be used. The maximum amount that you can use is €20 per order.
How do I move up a tier?
Once you have spent over €189 - €329, you will be moved into the silver tier and once you spend over €330 you will then move to the Gold tier. Please note, although you may have points in your account that were backdated from January 2022, you will still need to have made a purchase from September 2022 to the correct order value to move up a tier.
I spent enough to move up a tier, but it is not showing in my account?
Please allow up to 21 days for your account to fully update your tier position.
