Delivery & Returns

Free Shipping Over €45 is for deliveries to the Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland only. Total order value after discounts must be above €45 for Free Shipping. The orders that qualify for free shipping will be sent with An Post or Fastway couriers.

International orders are subject to increased pricing on a sliding scale depending on the total shipping weight of your order and the destination. The price of shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

La Roche Posay & Vichy products are only permitted to be sold within EEA/EFTA countries.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders are shipped with An Post, Fastway & DPD Couriers. (Option to choose at checkout)

For your convenience, you will receive a 1-hour window for your package delivery and a dispatch email with full tracking details.

DPD now offer the Parcel Wizard service that allows you to choose a day that suits to have your parcel delivered and you can also advise where you want your parcel delivered. To register for this service, Please visit www.dpdparcelwizard.ie or download the DPD app in the AppStore or Play Store on your mobile phone.

We have pharmacy locations in Buncrana, Carndonagh and Muff, Co. Donegal, where you can chose to collect your order fast. If you live further away, we have fast delivery for the rest of Ireland, with free shipping over €45.

You can choose to collect your item in one of our pharmacy locations. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You'll receive an phonecall when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Delays

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.

Items Returned To Sender

If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If an order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 or the shipping fee paid, whichever is greater, will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies to orders which are returned to sender in cases where customs or import duties are not paid by the receiving customer.

Customs Charges or Import Taxes

If your delivery address is outside of the EU, it is possible your order may be subject to certain import customs/taxes which are outside of our control. If you are in doubt, please contact your local customs officials. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of delivery.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your products purchased from Inish Pharmacy. If your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the form below, within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of item. We will happily replace the product or issue a full refund.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for any refund to reach your account. In such instances, we will pay the cost of returning the products in those instances. Refunds will be processed using the original purchase payment method used.

If you change your mind after receiving your product and decide you later want to return it, please fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer an exchange or refund for the products if they are in the same condition and packaging that the products were received in. In such instances, the buyer must pay return costs and is responsible for the safe return of the goods to us in the original condition received.

Inish Pharmacy cannot accept certain products that have been opened and used. We cannot accept the opened and used products for return due to hygiene reasons. Please enquire for more details.
