Delivery & Returns

Orders are currently being dispatched within 2-3working days after the order is placed. Once your order has been marked dispatched, delivery is expected to take place within 1-2 working days for addresses in Ireland.

Deliveries in Republic Of Ireland and Northern Ireland
Next day delivery is not guaranteed during this time, although we are working extremely hard to process all orders as fast as possible. Most orders will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Delivery will take place with DPD or AnPost.

Deliveries To England, Scotland and Wales
Deliveries to these UK addresses are continuing via An Post and delivered by Royal Mail. Full tracking will be provided upon dispatch.

International Deliveries Outside of Ireland and UK
Deliveries to these addresses will be sent with An Post using a tracked INternational Express service with full tracking.

*Delays for International Orders - Currently all deliveries for most European countries, Dubai, USA, Canada, Australia etc are experiencing delays. Please contact us prior to placing your order for an estimated delivery date

*Please note that all international orders are subject to review prior to dispatch. If your order contains liquids or aerosols, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge for this delivery or cancel if the chosen carrier will not accept aerosols or liquids in their packages. We will always contact you first in these instances.

International orders are subject to increased pricing on a sliding scale depending on the total shipping weight of your order and the destination. The price of shipping will be calculated at checkout. Our standard shipping fee is based on the parcel weighing no more than 0.5kg.

Republic of Ireland

Majority of orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12.00pm are shipped with Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will usually be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery.

All orders processed after 12.00pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched Saturday or Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Northern Ireland

Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12.00pm are shipped with Next Day Delivery.

Orders placed on Friday before 12.00pm will be dispatched on Friday for Monday delivery.

All orders processed after 12.00pm Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched Saturday or Monday for delivery on Tuesday.


Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels swifter than customers in rural areas.

Orders will be dispatched with An Post International Express and delivered by Royal Mail. Orders over 20kg may occasionally be shipped with alternative carriers such as DPD. 

Notification on the courier method utilised will be in your dispatch email.

Rest of the World

We use An Post International Express and International Priority Delivery. To check your delivery time estimate, please refer to the grid above.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland orders are shipped with DPD Couriers

For your convenience, you will receive a 1 hour window for your package delivery, as well as a dispatch email with full tracking details.

DPD now offer the Parcel Wizard service that allows you to choose a day that suits to have your parcel delivered and you can also advise where you want your parcel delivered. To register for this service, Please visit or download the DPD app in the AppStore or Play Store on your mobile phone.

If you would prefer your order to be sent with AnPost instead of DPD, please contact us by email immdiately after placing your order and we will arrange this for you.

Collect in Store for Free

You can choose to collect your item in one of our pharmacy locations. Please allow up to 1 working day for your order to be available. You'll receive an phonecall when your order is ready for collection.

Delivery Delays

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you immediately to inform you of any possible delays.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping/delivery information is provided and that your package can be received at your address. Should it occur that delivery be impossible and that the package is returned to us, the buyer will be subject to shipping fees for resending of goods.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the full shipping address supplied at checkout is correct. Please review this before placing your order. We prioritise a fast dispatch and delivery timeframe, so it may not be possible to amend your delivery/shipping information after you place your order.

Items Returned To Sender

If you enter incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your item is returned to sender, we will only resend your order after the buyer pays an additional shipping fee. If the order is subsequently cancelled after being returned to sender, a restocking fee of €5 / £5 will apply to each order and will be deducted from the refund amount.


We want you to be happy with your products purchased from Inish Pharmacy. If your order arrives with an item that is broken or damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us using the form below, within 14 days of delivery to arrange the return of item. We will happily replace the product or issue a full refund.

Please note, it can take up to 14 days for any refund to reach your account. In such instances, we will pay the cost of returning the products. Refunds will be processed using the original purchase payment method used.

If you change your mind after receiving your product and decide you later want to return it, please fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your order. We will happily offer and exchange or refund for the products if they are in the same condition and packaging that the products were received in. In such instances, the buyer must pay return costs.

Inish Pharmacy cannot accept certain products that have been opened and used. We cannot accept the opened and used products for return due to hygiene reasons. Please inquire for more details.
