1. Simply select the treatment required.
2. Fill out the questionnaire.
3. A registered doctor will review your details and once approved, the doctor will email a prescription to Inish Pharmacy to dispense.
4. Prescription is dispensed.

An Irish registered SmartScripts doctor will review and issue a prescription usually within two hours. If it is not approprite to issue a prescription based on the consultation, then a refund will be made to your payment card automatically.

One of our pharmacists at Inish Pharmacy will contact you by telephone to discuss the prescription and answer any of your questions about how to use the medication prescribed. We will advise on the cost of the medication and the time for the prescription to be dispensed.

One of our pharmacists will call you for a brief consultation on your prescription. We can then take payment over the phone. For prescription collections instore, you can pay instore if you prefer.

Yes, depending on the condition being treated, repeat prescriptions can be for as long as six months. The cost for the service is always €20 including single or repeat prescriptions.

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, many people are having to self isolate or restrict their visits to pharmacies or other retail outlets due to health concerns. We can deliver your prescription nationwide using our next-day delivery service.

While this service will do its very best to help, there are limitations to this service. Please note that even if our medical team can't prescribe medication, you'll still be charged for the consult.
Will My GP Know If I Use SmartScripts?
Will My GP Know If I Use SmartScripts?
This is optional. During the ordering process, you will be given the option to share your GP’s information with us. If you choose to do this SmartScripts can forward a summary of your treatment to your own GP. We recommend all patients to keep their GP informed of any changes to the medication they are taking. SmartScripts will never contact your GP without your consent or share your details with anyone.
