Returning an Item
If you have changed your mind about a purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be in resalable condition.
- A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene, safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition.
How to Request a Return
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to make the funds available in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
