About Inish Pharmacy
Inish Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy and healthcare group based in Inishowen, Co. Donegal, Ireland. Since we were formed in 2007, the vision of the group has been to improve our patients' and customers' quality of life.
Inish Pharmacy aims to provide a service that meets the needs and demands of our patients and customers. We have three Inish Pharmacy store locations in Buncrana, Carndonagh and Muff, Co.Donegal.
Our vision is articulated under the headings of our core values - Service, Care and Trust.

Service means being responsive to the needs of our patients and customers. Our patients and customers are why we are at work.
We aim to deliver quality and value in our products and services. We always listen to and aim to communicate effectively with those we serve.

Care means paying attention to our underpinning health care role. We truly value this role and it is what motivates us. Our supervising pharmacists are responsible for ensuring that we provide and communicate knowledgeable, reliable and accurate care.
This involves reflective practice – with individual pharmacists and other professional staff encouraged to reflect on individual experiences and how they might improve their knowledge, competence and skills

Trust
Trust is something we understand that we have to earn. We earn it by being friendly, approachable and listening to others. This is basically all about PEOPLE before business. We do not sell a product or promote a service just for the sake of it. We would much prefer a satisfied customer with no sale than a dissatisfied one with an unnecessary product or service.
We work hard to build lasting and close relationships with our patients and customers, colleagues and the communities in which we operate. We are honest and straightforward and do what we say. We have integrity and an ethical approach to business.
