You do not need to log in to your customer account to use this withdrawal option.
When can I withdraw from my contract?
For most online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your contract (Return) within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
Once you tell us that you wish to withdraw, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Please note that the right to withdraw does not apply to all products. Some items may be excluded for health, hygiene, safety or legal reasons, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened, personalised items, perishable items, or certain healthcare and pharmacy products.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise does not meet your consumer rights.
How to withdraw from your contract
Please provide the following information so we can process your request:
- Full name
- Email address
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Date order was placed
- Date order was received
- Please confirm: “I wish to withdraw from my contract”
Once submitted, we will review your request and contact you with the next steps for returning your item, where applicable.
Return of goods
Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition, unless the item is faulty.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Where your withdrawal request is valid and the goods are returned in line with our returns policy, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
We may wait until we have received the returned goods before issuing the refund.
