How To Find Your Points & Claim Your Rewards At Inish Pharmacy

Did you know you can avail of huge savings when you sign up for the loyalty program at Inish Pharmacy. Please see our guide below on everything you need to know about our loyalty program.

How To Sign Up For The Inish Pharmacy Loyalty Program:

Once you create your account, you will automatically receive 50 points. Then you can start earning points with future orders & also by:

• Follow us on Twitter - 10 Points  - Click Here
• Follow us on Instagram - 10 Points - Click Here
• Follow us on Facebook - 10 Ponts - Click Here
  
• Make 3 Purchases - 75 Points

How To See My Points?

Sign in to your account using the sign-in button, or if using a mobile/iPad device, click the icon. See image> 

Once you are signed into your account, it will show you how many points you have in your account. If you cannot see this when you are logged in, click the icon in the example here>

How To Claim My Rewards?

• Sign in to your account.

• Add your items to your cart.

• Click on the cart page, and your points/rewards will show above the items listed in your cart. 

• Once you select your reward (See Image >), click the apply button, and the reward amount will come off the total order amount.

I clicked on my reward, but it is not showing on the order?

If you have clicked on your reward and it does not appear to have come off your order, please check that your order total is over the amount needed to claim the reward.

• €5.00 voucher to claim on orders over €50 
• €10.00 voucher to claim on orders over €55
• €15.00 voucher to claim on orders over €60
• €20.00 voucher to claim on orders over €65
• €40.00 voucher to claim on orders over €100
  

If your order is:

• Over the correct amount needed to claim the voucher
• The voucher does not show that it has been applied to the order
• Your points have been reduced

You can then view your reward history in your account by:

• Click the ‘Rewards’ button at the top of the page (see image below). Please ensure you are signed in to your account if you cannot see this.
• Once this page has loaded, click the green button ‘Rewards History.’

Once you click the rewards history, all your previous orders will show the points earned and used.

Once the code has been applied, click the green ‘Checkout Now’ button and proceed to enter your email address, delivery address and payment details.
