This Iron supplement helps prevent constipatuion and is known to be 2 times better for absorption compared to gold standard iron supplements. During pregancy the blood in the body increases by 30-50% which increase the need for more iron and vitamins to support the body.

Active Ingredients

Active Iron Pregnancy contains iron sulphate in a ground-breaking protein formulation.

Each capsule contains 250mg of Active Iron Pregnancy including 17mg of elemental iron. This is 121% of the recommended daily allowance for adults.
