How To Use

1. Shake bottle well before use.
2. Squeeze dropper and release, this will give you approximately 0.5ml (half a serving).
3. Drop oil under tongue, hold for 45-60 seconds until absorbed and then swallow.
4. Repeat for recommended daily dose.
