The Energy Gel Caffeine Raspberry flavour is smooth with a light consistency, making it easy to have on the go. Made with natural fruit juice, these easy-to-open sachets delivers 23g of carbohydrate energy and 30mg of caffeine.

How To Use

Tear the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet
Take up to three sachets per hour during exercise, less if you are also using a sports drink

Active Ingredients

Glucose Syrup, Water, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Raspberry 1%, Cranberry), Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates, Malic Acid), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring, Caffeine, Sea Salt, Vitamin B6.
