This high strength silica formula with biotin and trace elements helps to support hair, skin, nails & bones

No preservatives. GM Free. Not tested on animals. Gluten and lactose free.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How To Use

One capsule daily between meals, with a large glass of water.
Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.

Active Ingredients

Silicon dioxide, glazing agent hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, maize starch, zinc gluconate, manganese gluconate, sodium selenite, D-biotin.
