MAG365 magnesium is an everyday dose of magnesium to help support a healthy nervous system and muscle function.  It may contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.

How To Use

Individual needs may vary.

• Start by taking 2g (1 level teaspoon) daily ad gradually increase to a maxium of 2.7g per day
• Can be taken with or without meals
• Total daily dose can be taken at once or split into 2-3 portions and taken during the day
• Mix in a glass with 20-30ml of hot water and let it fizz, the stir until dissolved
• Fill te remainder of the glass with wrm or cold water and enjoy

Do not use this product before consulting your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not give this product to a child under 2 years of age before consulting your paediatric doctor.

Active Ingredients

Ionic Magnesium Citrate (Proprietary blend of magnesium carbonate and citric acid, which, when combined with hot water, creates magnesium citrate.) No sweeteners or artificial flavours.
