Medi Derma-S Barrier Cream provides gentle but effective barrier protection on intact skin or for mild skin damage. Medi Derma-S Barrier Cream moisturises and protects damaged and intact skin by forming a protective waterproof barrier, preventing irritation from bodily fluids, adhesive products and friction. Ideal for use with incontinence.

The long-lasting and quick drying formulation provides a protective layer to the skin and is suitable for use during episodes of incontinence.

Can be used on any patient group, continence care, elderly patients, moisture-associated skin damage (MASD), neonatal & paediatrics, palliative or end of life care or skin care for stomas or wounds.

• Only a small amount required for each application

How To Use

Directions:

1. Ensure that skin is clean and dry before use.
2. Apply a thin, uniform coating over the affected area.
3. Use a pea sized amount of cream to cover an area approximately the size of your palm. Do not over apply.
4. Once dried, apply the dressing, pouch or adhesive device as normal.
5. Reapplication is recommended twice a day, if using adhesive dressings or devices then after each dressing or device change.
