Will Spritz for Nausea stop me being sick with morning sickness?
Unfortunately there is no quick cure for sickness and nausea in pregnancy but you can do things do help reduce those feelings. Spritz for nausea contains essential oils that have anti-sickness properties, and can be used as part of a ‘toolkit’ of things to help you manage those feelings, alongside what and when you eat.
What else can I do for pregnancy nausea?
As nausea is very individual to each woman and each pregnancy, it may take a while to discover which management methods work best for you. Contact your midwife or maternity team for further advice if you are unable to tolerate food and fluids for a prolonged period.
Can the Spritz for nausea , sleep and uplift be used together?
Definitely – you can combine two or three of them to achieve the desired effect. For example, if you were both nauseous and tired, you could try using Spritz for Nausea together with Spritz for Sleep.
Are the sprays safe in all 3 trimesters?
