Who can use?
Night Nurse can be used by adults and children aged over 16 years old.
How to use?
Adults and children aged over 16 years old
- Take 20ml using the measure cup (or take four 5ml teaspoons) just before bedtime
- Do not drink alcohol while taking Night Nurse
- Only use one dose of Night Nurse per night
- Do not take for more than 7 nights. Prolonged use may be harmful
Do not take Night Nurse if any of the following apply
- If you have ever had an allergic reaction to paracetamol, promethazine, dextromethorpan or any of the other ingredients.
- If you have severe high blood pressure, severe heart disease, sever liver disease or severe kidney disease
- If you have pneumonia, asthma or severe respiratory problems
- If you are having a pregnancy test carried out on your urine
- If you have taken monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) in the last two weeks
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Do not take Night Nurse Liquid if you are pregnant or if you are breastfeeding.
Possible side effects
This product will cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate machinery when affected by drowsiness or dizziness.
This medication can have side-effects, like all medicines, although these are usually mild and do not affect everyone. If you experience any side-effects, please talk to your doctor.
Immediate medical advice should be sought in the event of an overdose, even if you feel well.
KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF THE EACH OF CHILDREN.

CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. DO NOT TAKE WITH ANY OTHER PARACETAMOL CONTAINING PRODUCTS.
