The NOTE Instant Bi-Phase Make-Up Remover helps remove stubborn makeup instantly. This formula dissolves waterproof and long-wearing face, eye or lip makeup.

Gentle on the skin
Contains Jojoba for its nourishing & moisturising factor.
Suitable for senstive skin
Dermatologically tested.

How To Use

Shake gently before use.
Pour Make-up Remover onto a cotton pad.

Face: Sweep gently from the center outwards. Do not skip hairline, under chin, and around ears areas.

Eyes: Close and gently press against the eyes for 15-20 seconds to avoid aggressive rubbing and pulling on the lashes.

Lips: Swipe the cotton pad across the lips, using a clean side each time
