HOW DOES IT WORK?

This is a balanced Omega 3 formula with DHA for women throughout conception and pregnancy. With levels based on the latest scientific studies, our oil offers high strength, pure omega 3 at optimum dosage levels, with 660mg EPA & 440mg DHA per daily dose to support the nutritional needs of both you and your baby.

Next Steps: This product can continue to be used in the weeks following birth and while breastfeeding to support your nutritional needs at this busy time. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200mg of DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake of 250mg of DHA and EPA.
