Vitamin C is an antioxidant nutrient that contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to the normal functioning of the immune system. As a water soluble nutrient vitamin C supplies in the body are used up quicker under stress leading to a lowering of immune function. Vitamin C helps towards collagen formation for many body tissues including skin, gums, and teeth. It enhances the absorption of iron in the body and is involved in energy metabolism.

Bulking agent: Microcrystalline cellulose, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Citrus Biofiavonoids Complex (citrus powder, calcium sulphate, cellulose, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, guai gum), non-GM Lecithin (from soya), Magnesium Stearate

Glazing agent: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
