The Eye Doctor Hot & Cold Eye Compress is designed to help with relieving dry, sore, tired & gritty eyes. The Eye Compress works by releasing the optimum temperature for an effective treatment. Place heated compress on closed eyes and help relax away a variety of conditions including dry eye disease, MGD (Blepharitis and Chalazion (Eyelid Cysts). This can also be used cold to help treat symptoms of hayfever, inflammation, headaches and migraines.

How To Use

• Heat eyelids externally - do this by using your Eye Doctor in accordance with the instructions. This will allow the buttery oil to melt and become liquid again.
• Cleanse the melted oil from the glands by following the Eyelid Massage Procedure as shown in the enclosed instructions, allowing the glands to produce healthy oil again.
• Clean the base of the eyelashes using an eyelid wipe or clean tissue. This reduces the build-up of bacteria which can be responsible for some of the symptoms.
