The Thera-Band Resistance Band Red Beginner (1.7kg) is designed specifically to provide convenience and lasting resistance during strength and flexibility exercises without the risk of a tear. These easy-to-use bands are perfect to use at home or on the go. They work by rehabilitating the muscles by performing strength and flexibility exercises with just a single resistance loop. With 4 different strengths available, they are perfect to use when building and improving your strength.
