  2. Apply Generously: Apply a generous amount to the face and neck. A common guide is to use a quantity equivalent to two fingers' length for full coverage.
  3. Smooth In: Blend evenly across the face, moving outwards toward the hairline and jaw.
  4. Reapply: To maintain maximum protection, reapply throughout the day, especially after sweating, swimming, or towelling.
