L-Mesitran Border is a sterile hydro-active, low-adherence, honey-containing wound dressing with an adhesive border. It contains 30% medical-grade honey, an acrylic polymer gel, and water, with a polyurethane film backing, and is available with and without an adhesive border.

Suitable for the treatment of superficial, chronic and acute wounds like abrasions, cuts, surgical wounds and burns. L-Mesitran MediHoney Border is easy to apply, especially for difficult locations where regular wound dressings do not adhere.
