Ideos is a chewable tablet containing calcium and vitamin D. Each tablet contains 500mg calcium and 400iu vitamin D3. Ideos can be used to treat Vitamin D or calcium deficiency, or in conditions such as osteoporosis where there is a risk of deficiancy of vitamin D or calcium.

You Must Be Aged Over 18 Years to Purchase This Product.

How To Use

The usual dose is two tablets per day. However, your doctor may advise you to take less than this if necessary

Chew the tablet completely before swallowing.Then drink a glass of water.

Do Not Take Ideos If:

  • If you are allergic to calium or vitamin D or any of the other ingredients. Read the leaflet or email for full details.
  • If you are allergic to peanut or soya.
  • If you have high levels of calcium in your urine (hypercalciuria) or blod (hypercalcaemia).
  • If you are suffering from kidney disease or kidney stones.
  • If you have high levels of vitamin D in your blood.
  • If you are immobile for large parts of the day.

Taking Ideos During Pregnancy And Breast Feeding

Ideos can be taken during pregnancy at the lower dose of one tablet per day.

As Calciuma nd Vitamin D3 are present in breastmilk, check with your doctor to ensure your child is not already receiving any other products containing Vitamin D3.
