Dosage & Administration

For maximum efficacy, Motilium Fastmelts should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.

• Adults & Adolescents (12+ years, ≥35kg): One 10mg tablet up to three times per day.
• Maximum Dose: Do not exceed 30mg (3 tablets) in a 24-hour period.
• Timing: It is recommended to take the tablet before meals. Taking it after meals may slightly delay absorption.
• Duration: Usually, treatment should not exceed one week.

How to handle the tablets: Since these tablets are fragile, do not press them through the foil. Instead, peel back the edge of the foil and gently push the tablet up to remove it.

Important Safety Warnings

• Heart Health: Domperidone may be associated with an increased risk of heart rhythm disorders. Treatment should be stopped immediately if you experience palpitations or loss of consciousness.
• Heart Conditions: Due to the risk of heart rhythm disorders, do not use this medicine if you have a known heart problem called "prolonged QT interval" shown on an ECG, OR you have, or have had, heart failure (the heart cannot pump blood effectively)
