Alflorex 30 Capsules

• Take one capsule a day, with or without food, at any time of day.
• Swallow with water, milk or a non-acidic plant drink. Avoid acidic fruit juices.
• If you prefer, open the capsule and mix the contents into cool food or a cool drink.
• Store below 25°C in the original container with the lid closed. Use within 1 month of opening.

Safety information

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people who are severely immunosuppressed or seriously ill (for example, in intensive care, with a central venous line or with pancreatitis) unless under a doctor's care. If you are taking antibiotics, take it at a different time of day, at least 2 hours apart. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your pharmacist or GP before use. • Bifidobacterium longum 35624™ culture: 1 × 10⁹ CFU (at manufacture)

Ingredients: Corn starch, bacterial culture (Bifidobacterium longum 35624™), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.
