Product Information

Sona Omergan is an omega 3-6-9 food supplement from the Irish brand Sona. Each 1200mg capsule blends three oils: flaxseed oil, fish oil and borage (starflower) oil, bringing together plant and marine sources of omega fatty acids.

It is made with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The 90 capsule pack lasts up to three months at one capsule a day.

How to use
