Active Iron Men is a daily iron and multivitamin food supplement developed to support men’s nutritional needs. Each daily serving combines an Active Iron capsule containing 14mg of iron with a complete multivitamin tablet containing a range of essential vitamins and minerals.

Iron contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Active Iron uses a specially developed formulation designed to maximise iron absorption while remaining gentle on the stomach and non-constipating.

The multivitamin tablet is formulated with nutrients including vitamins A, C, D and E, B vitamins, zinc, selenium, manganese and copper to complement the daily iron capsule. The pack contains 30 Active Iron capsules and 30 multivitamin tablets, providing a 30-day supply.

How to use

Active Iron Men

Adults and children over 12 years:

Take 1 Active Iron capsule and 1 Active Multivitamin tablet daily with water or fruit juice.

Active Iron can be taken on an empty stomach.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by your doctor or pharmacist.

O.R.S Sport Electrolyte Tablets

Dissolve 1 tablet in 500ml of water.

For adults, take 500ml when required, with no more than two doses per day.

Always follow the directions printed on the O.R.S Sport product supplied with the promotional pack.
