How to use

Bath

  1. Add 250g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath.
  2. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.
  3. Increase amount for a more intensive experience.

Footbath

  1. Add 150g Magnesium Muscle Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx.
  2. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet.
  3. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
