Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is a quick, effective and gentle solution for removing excess earwax and maintaining ear hygiene. Formulated with natural isotonic saline, glycerin and eucalyptus oil, it helps to soften and disperse earwax without the need for cotton buds or harsh chemicals.

This easy-to-use spray is ideal for regular ear care and helps to prevent wax build-up, discomfort and temporary hearing loss caused by blocked ears.

How to use

Cl-ear Express Ear Spray is applied using an ear dispensing device specially designed for use in the external ear canal

  • If you use hearing aids, you must remove them before using Cl-ear Express Ear Spray
  • Before each use, spray repeatedly out of the external ear canal, until the liquid comes out
  • Tilt the head so that affected ear faces upward and gently pull the ear backwards
  • Place the ear dispensing device in the external ear canal, with particular care in children below 9 years*, and press it.. Keep the head tilted for about 2 minutes
  • Turn the head in the opposite direction to allow the liquid to drain and dry holding a clean tissue.
  • Clean the ear dispensing device with water and dry it
  • Keep it for future applications
