e.l.f. C-Bright Putty Primer is a fragrance-free face primer with a smooth, putty-like texture that melts onto skin. It helps create a smooth base so foundation goes on evenly and lasts through the day, and it can be worn alone for a fresh, brighter-looking complexion. It suits oily, dry and combination skin.

The formula contains 2% stable, oil-soluble vitamin C, along with niacinamide, banana extract and vitamin E. e.l.f. says it helps brighten and even the look of skin tone over time.

How to use
  • Apply a thin, even layer to clean, moisturised skin.
