Lemsip Cold & Flu Headcold 500mg Lemon & Menthol Sachets will help relieve symptoms of a head cold. The Lemon and menthol powder is dissolved in a hot drink and will soothe your symptoms such as headache, sore throat, fever and muscle aches & pains. This sachet contains 500mg of paracetamol.

How to use

Who can use Lemsip Cold and Flu Sachets?

This product is for use in adults and children 12 years and older.  

How to use?

Add one sachet of powder to a mug and fill with hot water (not boiling), stir until dissolved. Take 1 sachet every 4 hours, do not exceed 6 sachets in any 24 hours.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

As with all medication, it is advisable to consult your doctor before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Driving and using machines

There are no known side effects which would impair your ability to drive or use machinery.

This medication can have side-effects, like all medicines, although these are usually mild and do not affect everyone. If you experience any side-effects, please talk to your doctor.
