MAG365 magnesium is an everyday dose of magnesium and comes in a pleasant passionfruit flavour.  Magnesium helps support a healthy nervous system and muscle function.  It can contribute to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.  MAG365 contains magnesium citrate, made by combining magnesium carbonate with citric acid to create a unique and bioavailable formula of magnesium.

How to use

Individual needs may vary.

  • Start by taking 2g (1 level teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to a maximum of 2.7g per day
  • Can be taken with or without meals
  • The total daily dose can be taken at one time or split into 2-3 portions and taken during the day
  • Mix in a glass with 20-30ml of hot water and let it fizz, then stir until dissolved
  • Fill t remainder of the glass with warm or cold water and enjoy
