If you are smoking less than 20 cigarettes per day, the 1mg lozenge strength is for you. If you are smoking 20-30 cigarettes per day, you can use 1mg or 2mg lozenges. If you are smoking more than 30 cigrattes per day, you should use the 2mg lozenges.
