Optibac Saccharomyces Boulardii

• Adults: one capsule a day, which can go up to 4 a day if wanted.
• Children aged 1 and over: one capsule a day, which can go up to 2 a day.
• Take with or without food, at any time of day.
• If you can't swallow capsules, open one and mix the contents into cool food or a cool drink.
• Can be taken alongside antibiotics. If you are taking an antifungal medicine, take them at least 2 hours apart.
• Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for people who are severely immunosuppressed or seriously ill (for example, in intensive care, with a central venous line or with pancreatitis) unless under a doctor's care.
