How to use
  • Brush twice a day for two minutes, last thing at night and one other time.
  • Spit out the toothpaste and don't swallow it. Don't rinse with water straight after brushing, so the fluoride stays on the teeth.
  • Children: for children under 2, only use fluoride toothpaste if your dentist advises it. From age 2, use a pea-sized amount, and supervise brushing until around age 7.
