Sidena 50mg Sildenafil Tablets 4 Pack

• Take one 50mg tablet as needed, about 1 hour before sexual activity. It can be taken up to 4 hours before.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water. It normally starts to work in 30 to 60 minutes.
• Sidena only works when you are sexually aroused - foreplay is still important.
• Do not take more than one tablet in any 24 hours.
• You can take it with or without food, but a heavy or high-fat meal may delay how quickly it works.
• Avoid grapefruit juice, which can affect how the medicine works.

Who should not use it

Do not take Sidena if you are allergic to sildenafil, if you take nitrates or nitric-oxide donors such as amyl nitrite ("poppers"), or if you take riociguat or ritonavir. Do not take it if you have a serious heart or liver problem, have recently had a stroke or heart attack, have low blood pressure, or have a rare inherited eye disease. It is for adult men only and is not suitable for women or anyone under 18.

Warnings & precautions

Tell the pharmacist about your medical history and any medicines you take before you buy Sidena - this is a condition of supply. Take particular care if you have heart disease, a deformity of the penis, or a condition such as sickle cell anaemia. Sidena does not protect against sexually transmitted infections. It may cause dizziness or affect your vision, so do not drive or use tools until you know how it affects you, and limit alcohol.

Pregnancy & fertility

Sidena is for adult men only and must not be taken by women, including during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Possible side effects

Common side effects include headache, facial flushing, indigestion, a blocked or runny nose, dizziness and visual disturbances. Stop taking Sidena and get urgent medical help if you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), sudden loss of vision or hearing, chest pain, or signs of a serious allergic reaction such as swelling of the face, lips or throat.

Each tablet contains sildenafil (as sildenafil citrate) 50 mg. Also contains calcium hydrogen phosphate (anhydrous), microcrystalline cellulose, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, saccharin sodium and indigo carmine aluminium lake (E132) as a colour.
