• Sonic One: charge fully before first use. Brush for the full two minutes, twice a day, and replace the brush head every three months.
• Toothpaste: brush twice a day. Spit out and do not swallow.
• Whitening powder: put your toothpaste on the brush, dip it into the powder and brush for two minutes, then rinse. Avoid eating or drinking straight afterwards.
• Whitening strips: brush and dry your teeth. Apply the longer strip to the upper teeth and the shorter strip to the lower teeth, pressing them gently into place. Leave on for up to one hour, without eating or drinking, then remove and brush away any gel. Follow the pack for how often to use them.
