If you add extra lubricant, use only a water-based or silicone-based one; oil-based products such as baby oil or petroleum jelly can damage latex. Do not use after the expiry date. No contraceptive method is 100% effective against pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. If a condom breaks or slips off, speak to a pharmacist or doctor about emergency contraception and STI testing. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
