How to Use & Dosing Guidance

• General Daily Use: Take 1-2 capsules once or twice daily with food.
• With Antibiotics: Take 4 capsules daily, ideally at a different time of day from the antibiotics. Continue for 2 weeks after finishing the course.
• For Travellers: Take 4 capsules daily during travel and for at least 2 weeks afterward.
• For Children (3-11 years): Give half the adult dose (1 capsule daily).
