Revive Active Iron Complex is a once-daily iron capsule with eight active ingredients, combining two forms of iron — 17mg iron bisglycinate and 3mg wholefood iron from germinated buckwheat — with vitamin C, copper and four B vitamins.

Each capsule provides 20mg of elemental iron (143% NRV). Suitable from age 14, and suitable during pregnancy.

When is the best time to take it?

Iron is best absorbed on an empty stomach with a glass of water. Avoid taking it at the same time as tea or coffee, as the tannins in those drinks can reduce iron absorption.
