Frequently asked questions
Which Revive Active should I take?
Original is the broad daily formula for adults from 18, and carries the highest CoQ10 and L-arginine. Zest Active suits a younger, active adult and leans towards energy, immunity and mental performance. Meno Active is formulated for the menopause years. Junior Revive covers ages 4–12 and Teen Revive 13–18. The single-focus complexes are add-ons for a specific goal rather than replacements for a daily formula.
What's the difference between Revive Active Original and Zest Active?
Both support energy and immunity. Original contains 150mg CoQ10 and 3,000mg L-arginine and leans towards heart and circulatory support. Zest Active is built around mental performance and muscle function, and is caffeine-free.
Can I take more than one Revive Active product together?
Generally yes — the capsule formulas (Magnesium, Sleep, Calm, Omega Active, Ubiquinol, Iron, Focus) are designed to sit alongside a daily sachet. If you take prescription medicines, check with your pharmacist first.
When should I take it?
Most sachets are taken in the morning in 250–300ml of water. Sleep is taken about an hour before bed. Follow the directions on the pack.
Is Revive Active suitable for vegans, coeliacs or people with diabetes?
Much of the range is vegan- and gluten-free and sweetened with steviol glycosides rather than sugar. Some products contain fish, milk or soya — check the individual product page for allergens.
How long before I notice a difference?
Revive Active suggest taking most formulas consistently for at least 8–12 weeks. Results vary from person to person.
Are these medicines?
No. These are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and should not replace a varied, balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.
